What is Messy Church?

Messy Church is an informal church for families and people of all ages who may not find other forms of church appealing.  Messy Church will be held in the hall.  It will include hands-on creative experiences, a celebration and a sit-down meal together.  It is an opportunity to attend church and find out more about God in a gentle, welcoming and creative environment.

When is it held?

Through days of exhausting schedules, multiple responsibilities, and critical decisions sometimes we are looking for a place of quiet rest, a setting for worship that will quiet and refresh us.  Sometimes we find spiritual refreshment in Sunday morning worship and we also may find it in worship which is still, reflective, and meditative.  It offers:

Occasional Series of times of prayer and silence in Lent and Advent 5.30pm - 6pm.

For further information on any of these services, or anything not listed,  that the Cathedral Parish is able to offer, please contact the Dean  for details and to arrange a meeting.
